IndividualsIndividuals impacted by trauma or adverse experiences:
Single incident Recent Vicarious Ongoing Childhood Multiple, life spanning We collaborate on our EMDR Intensive by beginning with one or two 90 minute intake, assessment and treatment planning sessions in which we determine the estimated length needed for the Intensive. This can range from a half day to four full days. Each intensive will consist of a 90 minute session followed by a 15-30 minute break to walk, rest, stretch, eat etc. Then the next 90 minute session begins, up to four sessions in a day. Sessions will focus on developing resources, enhancing stability, desensitizing and reprocessing a particular target, or cluster, to enable significant relief and healing.

Half Day: $425 Full Day: $875 *Many insurances accepted: Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser, Medicare, Tricare and United Behavioral Health. Health Savings Accounts and Victim's Compensation can be used. At this time, insurance will only cover a small portion of the costs. |

Communities affected by disasters Active Duty Military and Veterans First Responders Humanitarian Workers Refugees, Migrants, Asylum seekers We collaborate with groups and organizations to provide the most beneficial EMDR Interventions. EMDR Group Protocols offer effective desensitization and reprocessing of recent and ongoing traumatic and adverse experiences. Individuals in these group settings can collectively begin recovery from an event without sharing their disturbance with others or hearing the adverse impact on other participants. Sessions include emotional stabilization, development of internal psychological resources, strategies for self responsibility as well as the adaptive information processing of recent traumatic memories. EMDR Consultation
As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Rebecca provides EMDR Consultation for Master's level mental health clinicians who have completed an EMDRIA approved Basic training. Consultation enhances mastery of standard EMDR, increases confidence and competency in providing EMDR therapy, and encourages expanding into relevant advanced EMDR protocols. Consultation hours after completion of Basic training can count toward EMDRIA certification. TLC EMDR Online Consultation group meets monthly on a Friday morning. Individual EMDR consultation can be scheduled in person or online.

Clinical Supervision
Rebecca regularly supervises graduate student interns in counseling and social work Master's programs as a part of TLCC's internship program. Further Rebecca offers individual clinical supervision for Master's level social workers seeking clinical licensure with the State of Colorado.

Pikes Peak Trauma Recovery Network
Rebecca coordinates the Pikes Peak Trauma Recovery Network through the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program.
We are a group of volunteer EMDR therapists prepared to respond to the needs of the Pikes Peak communities by providing up to 6 pro bono EMDR therapy sessions following or in the midst of an acute community crisis or disaster. PPTRN will network with local emergency management systems, and offer community educational outreach regarding trauma treatment, in preparedness to respond to psychological distress in community emergencies.

Community Collaboration
Rebecca invests in the Tri-Lakes community by collaborating with many local organizations and entities. For example, partnering with Tri-Lakes Cares to provide accessible and equitable counseling services; coordinating networking opportunities for the local mental health providers; responding to crises in the community and in our schools and supporting suicide prevention efforts.
